The five stories of the Villa are crossed by a beautiful old staircase with inlaid wooden handrails from which stunning views can be glimpsed through arched windows. An ELEVATOR is now available to connect all the Villa’s floors from the covered loggia up to the roof top. With about 400 square metres the Villa is quite easy to navigate with a few steps between each floor.
All eight ensuite bedrooms have either balconies or large oval windows with stunning views overlooking the sea. Three of them, one on each floor, can be converted to twin beds on request.
The bedrooms are decorated with art objects, valuable paintings and elegant pieces of furniture. All have small comfortable sitting areas and original terracotta floors, antique parquet and old handmade ceramics.
Each room has its own bathroom fitted with glass mosaics, hair-dryer, courtesy kit, large comfortable and relaxing hydro showers and, two of them, with Jacuzzi.
All the rooms have been equipped with the most technologically advanced comforts: soundproofing, heating, independently controlled air conditioning, flat screen satellite TV, internet connection, mini-bar, safe with code, a dresser built in a closet space, luxurious linens and orthopedic mattresses and pillows.
The ground floor has two entrances, both accessible straight off the coastal road. Entering through the main wooden door you find the lobby and the first two panoramic bedrooms with balconies and their own bathroom. From the parking area there is also direct access to the Villa through the secondary entrance.

On the third floor three additional ensuite bedrooms with big oval windows.
Above this level the dazzling stunning view from the roof top. Here you can catch with your sight a taste of the whole property and its beauty. The roof top terrace is completed by a little kitchen\cocktails area, barbecue, sun loungers and tables.
On the lower floor, below the ground floor, there is the beautiful covered loggia: a panoramic dining terrace (about 130 square meters) completely covered with a pergola which supports centenary bougainvillea plants. It boosts tables, comfortable sofas, pizza oven and barbecue. There is also a new fully equipped professional kitchen provides 5 range stove top, large oven, a big double fridge, freezer and dish-washer. A central island with top in precious marble allows you to have control over the entire area, prepare your local favorite recipes and still enjoy the view. This is the ideal area to have al fresco breakfast, lunch and romantic candle lights dinner with a breath-taking view of the sea and the coast. This covered Loggia is also the magic place for holding Guests Special Events during their weekly stay at the Villa.
From this level you take a stair down to the gardens below and the sea area.
The property has private gardens of total 1000 sqm and its own private access to the sea.
By a stairway of only 130 steps, through bougainvillea covered terraces, lemon and orange groves you reach the lawn with the relaxing area and the solarium. A small kitchen unit, a sauna and a kids area are set into a natural cave. A changing room together with toilet and sink is also available.
The swim spa pool with water massage is set in the most panoramic view point just a few steps below this area. Down a few steps you find a waterfront covered dining terrace where Guests can enjoy stunning al fresco meals.
And then a slice of private Mediterranean sea....
Thanks to the exclusive weekly reservation, the Villa will be at your complete disposal. That includes all the equipped outdoor areas, gardens and terraces, all the bedrooms for the Guests’ stay, as well as the complete organisation and the best advices to make your Special day unforgettable.
With regards to the catering of Special Events we provide our own professional Catering Staff. We can cater for up to 40 Guests seated under the covered panoramic loggia.
In addition to wedding receptions, private wedding symbolic ceremonies can be performed at the Villa. They can be arranged in the most amazing settings under our arched lemon grove. Civil ceremonies can be held in the Town Hall of Atrani, Amalfi and Ravello (800 meters, 1,5 km and 5 km far from the Villa respectively). Catholic wedding services can be performed in the nearby beautiful Church Collegiata Santa Maria Maddalena in Atrani.
The property has a private garden of 1.000 sqm with its own access to the sea by a stairway: from the big covered equipped loggia only 130 stone steps divide you from the beach area. The first stop is a must, our enchanting lemon garden. A magic place where you may enjoy yoga or meditation session or simply relax by reading, listening to music or playing chess under the lemons.
The second extended garden in your way to the sea is the one of the citrus fruits (mandarin, orange and grapefruit plants) and the large lawn. Here you find the relaxing area with the equipped solarium, the sauna set into a natural cave, the kids area, a small kitchen unit and a big table with chairs. At the end of this long garden there is a changing room together with sink and toilet. On the opposite side, just a few steps below the beginning of this garden, in an enchanting cliff just upon the sea it is embedded the swim spa pool (open time May to end of Oct, from 8 am to 8 pm). It is a Jacuzzi, 4.30 x 2.3 meters, with water massage, upstream swimming and heat-able water.
In the middle of the large lawn through a tunnel and a few further steps you rich a waterfront covered dining terrace, in the shape of a clover, where Guests can enjoy stunning al fresco meals and snacks. This is the place where you can hear the breath of the ocean. From this level a gate and a few steps separate you from our two sea platforms equipped with sunbeds. On their contours the sea draws a natural cozy bay that resembles the most desirable of the pools. From the lower platform a ladder overhangs in water. Just a hundred meters on the right side a small pebble beach is reachable by swimming or by our tiny boat at your disposal.
Before going there... turn back and watch at the whole property to the TOP! It is impressive to say the least.
COMPOSITION OF PARTY
The property can only accommodate the number of guests previously indicated (max 16 in 8 double bedrooms). Passport copy of all of your party must be supplied in advance by mail to info@dimoradimare.it for the mandatory police registration purposes. The external Guests or external Services can not be admitted without the Owner permission. Any extra Guest exceeding the maximum permitted will be requested to leave the property at the Owner’s discretion. Should your party at any time (either at check in or during the holiday) exceed the Guests’ number agreed into the contract, an automatic penalty of double the security deposit will be requested. The Owner reserves the right to inspect the property at any time in order to preserve the cleanness of the Villa and its pool. This is a NON SMOKING unit. You are allowed to smoke outdoor in the terraces and gardens. No pets admitted, please.
